FOOD WRITING
FOOD WRITING: We all need to eat to survive. But food is more than just sustenance. Food is political, food is communal, food is personal.
We discuss grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and carts, the communities that have access to these as well as the communities that do not. We discuss the power of the things our families made for us and the effect these things had on our upbringing. We discuss cooking and preparing meals for ourselves, and how these things change as we grow up and grow older as well.
And stress: In a world of abundance, no one should go hungry.
